Choose your pile, shape and dimension and from there pick a design and then place
the colors from a selection of over 100 into the areas of the design.

The Process...
Each rug begins here in our dye plant as skeins of 100% nylon or wool are dyed to match either our standard colors or your special color match request.
Every area rug is one of a kind, made for you and laid out by hand.
Our K, P or J plush pile series are individually made, in one piece on our
specially adapted tufting machines.
After the center and any borders have been completed, all detail
is tufted using hand held machines.
All sculpting of the K and P series is done by hand, as
well as the final trimming (below right) of the LX or FX series

The LX and FX series designs are hand sewen using the same process pioneered
by our founder, Ken Hensler over 40 years ago on his wifes’ sewing machine.
All rugs are made any shape, length or size and you can select from over 100 colors. From there decide if you want acrylic or real wool...the choice is yours.
